Project B5

Project B5 is a commercial-to-residential conversion in Derby, transforming an underused existing building into three self-contained apartments.

Elite is managing the project from planning and technical design through to Building Control, utilities coordination, procurement and construction delivery. The scheme requires careful handling of existing-building constraints, layout efficiency, fire safety, services, drainage, structure and buildability.

With established contractor relationships and delivery teams in place, Elite’s role is to coordinate the process and carry the project through to completion on site – turning a compact conversion opportunity into practical, well-planned homes.
