Westhive

Westhive is a development-led residential scheme in Kimberley, Nottinghamshire, focused on transforming an underused commercial site into 14 new apartments.

The project requires more than design and planning alone. It needs a clear development route, coordinated consultant input, practical cost control, buildability thinking and construction teams capable of delivering the scheme on site.

Elite’s role is to bring those parts together. We support the project from early feasibility and pre-construction through to technical coordination, procurement and construction delivery — with the management structure, contractor relationships and site teams in place to move the scheme from concept to completion.
